Shut up! No, you shut up! Somebody pinch me. Every once in a while, all of my day dreaming about traipsing the world pays off. Well, actually, I know I'm quite lucky in all that I've been able to see and do...but still, if you saw my laundry list of places I want to go, you would understand. Some of you are the saaaaammme way...Kim, Whitney...ANYWAY, we're going to SPAIN!!! IN TWO WEEKS!!! AND NOT JUST SPAIN...A GORGEOUS, MEDITERRANEAN ISLAND OFF THE COAST OF SPAIN!
Long story short, I found cheap tickets from here...John's parents just HAPPEN to be going for a sales conference...killing several birds with one stone we are: getting to see family, getting to go on a sweet vacation, and getting to use our five days off this semester to do something cool.
The island is called Mallorca (Majorca) and it's one of the Balearic Islands. I CAN'T WAIT! Gorgeous beaches, quaint mountain villages, beautiful churches...and yeah, some of you are going to want to throw-up, but...Mc Donalds!!!! Heck yes!
Thank you God for cool opportunities that you don't have to give us, but do anyway!
I will definitely post pics and give a play-by-play when we get back. In the mean time, I am going to really try and keep up with the blogging, so keep checking back!
